I've designed my booking and cancellation policies to be as flexible as possible. Please take a moment to review the details below for further information.
Booking Policy
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due two weeks before the date.
However, the full balance will be required to confirm the booking if it is made less than two weeks before the session.
Postponement and Cancellation Policy
Change of Date
If you find yourself needing to change the date of your booking, I'm here to help. I'll do my best to find you an alternative date, but to make this happen, I'll need a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Due to limited availability, I can only offer the option of postponement once. A second postponement will result in the loss of the deposit and a further deposit will be required. Unfortunately, if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the booking will be treated as a cancellation (please see the cancellation policy below). Further bookings will then be treated as a brand new booking.
Cancellation
If, for whatever reason, you decide the training session is not for you and have provided me with more than 48 hours’ notice, the balance of any funds paid, less the non-refundable deposit, will be returned to you in the form of the original payment method. This policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, no funds paid are eligible for return.
Postponement by me!
I aim to provide you with a positive training experience and am committed to making that happen. Of course, life can get in my way as well! I have only once had to postpone a booking—and on that occasion, my student was happy to rearrange the date. This is therefore a rare occurrence, but it goes without saying that if I am the one who needs to postpone/cancel, I will refund all monies paid if you would prefer not to reschedule.
